This company has it's own car sales division as well, where it sells off it's unwanted Galaxy's, I saw one just about a year old with 33k on the clock today, you have to ask why a company like this is disposing of 1 - 3 year old cars with not large mileages either, a 2010 one with 67k on it, is this the problem child of the fleet or is something else happening that makes them untradable to the dealers, 67k on a double shifted PH London car seems very low to me.

I always thought London mileages were lower due to the traffic. Perhaps that 67k would be more if they used the bus lanes?

They sell their cars when they are 3 years old. Most have around the 100,000 miles on the clock.
