yes,they said it will be in the post by next week.hes already passed his locality test etc etc a few weeks ago,this was all that was holding things up.

I have seen his official refusal of the issue of a licence and it states due to your "conviction" ok,he hasnt been convicted of anything,upon advice from this forum and "APEX" he went back to see the LO's line manager and stated a caution is not an offence and cannot be considered to be a conviction as it does not fall into the "ACT" read up what it is yourself. the decision had to be overturned.
