It was shown today, side loading wheel chair, rear leaf springs ffs!

Have you seen it?!

Its tiny!

Whilst it may be 'green' and more fuel efficient, you'll struggle with a 5 hander plus freight, in fact it looks like it would be impossible with 5 and freight.

Good luck to Nissan, but they might have selected a larger vehicle to convert, the TX, Merc and E7 have far more room for use as a Taxi.

And yes, the 'London' model does meet the turning circle, and is side loading.

Might take a few shopping bags . . . might . . .

Hi GBC, I've seen it, sat in it, smelt it and even crawled underneath taking pix of steering and other bits and bobs.
Definately smaller on the outside but suprisingly spacious in the back, at one point there was 5 'Faces' in the back talking shop and there would be room in luggage area for baggage as well, whether they would make it up Highgate hill is another matter.

Airport drivers might stick with the Vito, but I think the Nissan would be ideal for Town drivers.
London's pot holes and speed humps will surely test out the Steering set up.
