does that work with todays electronic-fly-by-wire ECU crap? is the mileage held in the ECU?
Yes it is all they have to do is plug in the computer and access the ecu and they will then be given the correct mileage, I know it can be accessed on a Skoda so it must apply to all modern vehicles
Why dont you challenge the councils policy, stating that they are the only ones who do this
