You don't need a seat belt on a bus either. That doesn't mean that you don't need one in a taxi :wink:

This happens in my town the salon drivers love it when people walk round my cab to get in a small one. Then complain when people walk round them to get into mine

dundee council dont allow this,it was the salloon ops who kicked up a fuss about it,if a punter phones an office and asks for a cab that can take a child still in the pram /buggy the office has to refuse them since base licensing came in

:badgrin: i was the first to operate a WAV cab in my area SOUTHEND ON SEA 26 years ago had same problem drivers of saloon cabs hated it when mums with pushchairs etc flocked to me nothing changes
