The County Council can insist every driver of a school bus (contractor or council employed) has a CRB (type to be stated) and as for an escort, if the contract calls for one then one will be allocated and paid for.

I wish people who have no idea or experience of contract work stick wouldnt thier beaks in where they arent wanted.....

I do have experience of contract work. What I am saying is one law for all would mean there would be no need for a plethora of different rules and practices. Simples.

He sounds like that other crackpot who used to frequent the forum. I'm trying to remember his name but he was totally off his rocker. One minute he was quite lucid and the next, like he was on crack cocaine. It makes you wonder if psych tests were introduced, he'd still have a licence.

Ah now I remember, Doom was his nick. Mad as a bag 'O' ferrets. #-o

feel welcome to do your worst you feeble minded carpet licking a.rsehole, they sit in an office all day and could doubtless do with a laugh, but I bet Im still doing what I do AFTER your "complaint"

(oh nutz, I called you an a.rsehole, and as we all know, an a.rsehole is useful sometimes, unlike you)

didnt you question the need for school taxi's a while back? memory going again?
