31st January, and I made it through January without falling off the waggon. Surprised myself by losing half a stone of ugly fat (my nuts fell off) and I could easily continue if I wanted to. I just don't want to! Many thanks to those who made a donation. And it's not to late to drop something into the cause. Ta very much. The wife says I'm a nicer person off the sauce. I don't know how I could possibly be nicer to the old girl!
