So how many miles has yours done?
53 plate 406 2.0 HDI Exec estate, just been plated for another year, original engine and gearbox, clutch has done 265k so far and
apart from the usual Peugeot electronic problems is still running fine! :D :D
I might add that I have had it for 6 years, the longest I have ever kept a cab in 40 years of pounding the tarmac!
Oops, sorry, should not have said CAB! its a PH!! :oops: :oops:

Goes to prove your LA are prats then, mileage should not matter nor should age, if well maintained and well driven most cars
will do that mileage. The emissions on mine read 0.15 and still does 41mpg overall.

The recently crunched vectra was sitting at 250k miles emissions all withing factory specs dynoed at 206bhp and 320 lbs/ft torque so basically perfect health a well maintained car will easy see 500k without issue

The new peugeot is just out the wrapper plated this morning and has done 80 miles :)

been on plenty of trips out of town,just not with customers ! Don't forget did 12 years as a London cab before me. For a diesel it's got to be one of the best ever made.Serviced myself every 6000 miles and never uses a drop of oil :D
