Now here's what I think happened.....you were called in by council or cab office to discuss a private matter. You realised you would lose your brief and wrote and told them to stuff it.

All I had to do is play their stupid little game to keep my licence, but I'd made up my mind months previously, to let my licence laps. It was Inspector Smith, who presented me with the opportunity to tell him where to get off and the members of the RC, to ram the licence.

If you know anything about Agent Smith and the RC, you will know they are scum. Actually, they are not unlike someone who charges his driver £340 for a seven-day rental, so he can play at being a businessman.

If there is one thing, I've learned in life, is that the more insecure and inadequate and individual is, the greater the likelihood, he will ignore the facts and believe what he wants.

Here’s another little gem Artur, if you get a phone call from Inspector Smith or a letter from the council calling into question your conduct. You will [edited by admin] yourself. And what is more, you will spill your guts and grovel at their feet to keep your licence.

Oh you will try to convince yourself they are just doing their job and that the whole procedure was fair, but that’s really because you need to believe you are a man and a good guy, and not some weak cowardly individual who couldn’t stand up for himself.

You might even tell your wife or the guys on the rank some story about how you spoke your mind, but the truth is Artur, they made you feel weak, pathetic and very insecure.
