I think they are getting confused between a Hack/PH driver and a Paramedic....It's an Ambulance they need not a Contractor.

some have oxygen bottles and i remember one that said "if the passenger stops breathing......."

I cant imagine any drivers insurance covering giving injections

They are not asking the driver to give an injection. It is the escort who would be giving the injection but they have to be trained. It does say that in the tender.

I just dont think drivers OR escorts should be expected to undertake any procedure, anything goes wrong and county wont back you up
