We've not heard much from our James recently, possibly down to him driving for an unlicensed operation in an unlicensed Toyota Prius for Ecorporate. Well done in getting a job so why not keep the head down and stop the comments?

Jizzy I think you should listen to boab. He seems to have your best interests at heart. Your comments are tiresome. No doubt you'll respond with bile. I was dishing out advice to Skull earlier and feel I can't miss you out. You're getting really bitter and angry and your posts reflect this. Ffs if you're taking driving taxis this seriously it's time to call it a day. Become a courier? You could talk to the packages and boxes all day long. Stop blaming everyone else for your current plight. You throw your toys out the pram cause the whole taxi trade isn't run at your behest. Grow up and go do something else.

Guys, guys, guys ... I am on this forum purely for a bit of light entertainment through exposing your dirty deeds. It's nothing personal. Honestly, I don’t care who’s shafting whom. :-|

Oh and I like writing, as I find it very liberating.

Now back to City Cabs working for ECPH.

ECPH won the Airport contract as the preferred bidder– FACT.

City Cabs (Leslie and George) decides to back the trade’s major competitor-FACT.

City Cabs are now working to fulfil ECPH’s contractual obligations to the Airport–FACT.

Leslie and George appoint a member of staff with direct connections to the competition-FACT.

Now, how is working against your trades interests a good idea and who benefits in the long term?

Oh and you will be pleased to know my time on this forum is almost up. However, I could be persuaded to return, if that's what you want?

Now listen Dug [edited by admin]. Your more than welcome to contribute to the forum as long as you stop talking [edited by admin]!!! Is that a deal Dull Skull? Now lets look at your post!!!

ECPH are the airports preferred Taxi Company. Correct!

Where is it you believe that City Cabs are working for them?? I have never seen nor spoken to an ECPH driver since the contract has started. However if and when the time comes that our paths cross I will treat them the same way as I would treat any other taxi/PHC driver, the bottom line is they are human beings trying to make a living. There is plenty of work out there for all of us Skull.

I think City Cabs will go from strength to strength while CRT will become static!! The reason, to progress in business you sometimes have to work with your competitors!!! FACT.

Happy wanking Skull!!

Edinburgh's Taxi Forum - 22/06/2013

As many of you will have realised by now, there are some parties most notably within the Private Hire trade, who have attempted to spread lies and make formal complaints about some of the postings on out forums. Some adopt pseudo-identities to hide their true motives in attacking us. They adopt names like "Fat Boab" (we think "Oor Willie" would have been more appropriate since Colky is a right [edited by admin] and is only a patsy for his masters! These simpletons pose no threat to either the forum and/or its members. Our real problems lie with the forum hacking community, who seem to wage war with the forum software we use, and we are but one member of a large community under continual bombardment from these morons.Recent examples of this are the 2134 attempts to register on the forum received over the last 3 days and recent exploits to re-write admin access - none of which were successful. Things like this are time-consuming to deal with so we are currently working on a solution which we hope will end this for once and for all. This may take a few days, but the forum will return shortly.

Travis

Amen to you brother......

Those 2134 eager souls could have been following recent trend in trying to register to offer money to a struggling company....

That is a fantastic theory Artur but one which will not manifest. The reason being that many of the current season ticket holders will be unable to renew due to the amount of discount subs having to be paid. That's the price to pay for seeking total domination at the expense of the rest of the trade.

That's the real reason why the cracks started to emerge. At one stage CRT were advocating against PHC giving out 20% discounts, now CRT are handing out over 40% with NHC etc. now that's not only bad business but self distraction on a major scale!! Watch what happens!!

Imagine you complaining about pseudo identities you cowardly cr&pping [edited by admin].

=D>

Now, Fat Boab claims he's not Colky. He even presented himself at my door to tell me so. And warn me about saying anything about Terri Burnett - as if I would. You know Terri, she's the one who worked for Central while Colky escaped with the crown jewels to align himself with his Glasgow masters (They're the ones with the ear to the council through Cardownie (who jumped ship from labour to the SNP) and a certain favourite council solicitor) and now resides within the bosom of City Cabs, ideally placed for pillow talk that assuredly goes right back to the Glasgow boys.

I understand that if he follows through on his recent actions, then Team Skull is more than ready to welcome him to Chez North Berwick

Anyway Travi lad, I wouldn't bother bringing the forum back. No one with more than one brain cell views it, and the puerile content is irrelevant.

BTW Trav. I'm not hiding my ID. And I haven't forgotten your libellous comments. The matter is in hand with the cops, it's only a matter of time. And switching ISPs won't change things. Watch this space.

CRT is composed of the taxi owners. It's not they who are giving out the 40% discounts. They get their rental wedge whatever, and the company raises circuit fees until the sound of the pips squeaking threatens to cause interference on the radio.

The 40% discount is ultimately paid by the drivers. It's those poor souls, who are not even allowed their own licence to secure their employment, who are shelling out the big discounts throgh higher rentals, higher circuit fees and the whopping discounts.

It's the drivers, always the drivers, who are subsidising the big corporations like RBS and effectively paying an extra tax through subsidising government institutions like the NHS.

It's the drivers who always pay the piper.

City of Edinburgh Council are running a protection racket by erstricting taxi licences.

How can it be right, when we all are supposed to be equal, and we have legislation that suggests we are, for someone in east Lothian, West Lothian or London, to have access to their own taxi, when I, in Edinburgh, am denied equal status with them? Denied because of the council's protection racket.

Where is my right to equality? Sacrificed on the altar of protecting the haves in the trade, who actively deny the have nots, so that their taxi licence comes with the subjugated slave labour that allows them to bleed their drivers dry.

BTW We don't need more taxis, just a party tariff to encourage those owners who don't want the inconvenience of meeting public demand at peak periods to get off their butts and service the cash cow that is the public taxi user.

And how can it be right that a taxi company who refuses to allow their drivers to pick up the public, and drive past the hailing hands so as to serve their own pre-booked customers, is allowed to refuse drivers, who would happily pick up those members of the public, access to their own vehicle in order to do so?

The stench of wholesale corruption in all things political and taxi trade here is overwhelming.
