Has anyone else detected that a lot of the links on the fastblacks site aren't working? For instance the Myth and Reality link.

I think that must have been a temporary thing, because I tried it when the site went up and again just now, and it was OK.

Apart from that, I think the site is generally 'under construction'.

By the way, I've read some suggestions that we may be 'helping out' the RFB site in some way.

The simple fact is that they asked us if they could use some of our stuff, and we agreed.

But there's some impressive looking original stuff on RFB, such as the wheelchair analysis and the critique of the disciplinary process, and I may even find time to read some of that one day :lol:

It's ironic that the 'breakaway' site vis-a-vis TDO represents the mainstream view, whereas the breakaway site in Edinburgh represents the alternative view.

Alternative view you say TDO you better believe it, as much as I don’t want to sound like George Galloway MP.


The bottom line here is “respect”; we have had enough of little egotistical Councillors and their autocratic dictatorship. Their dependency is based on the willingness of the individual (taxi driver) not to understand the arguments and to kiss ass without question.

Realfastblacks is about objectives and targets, namely, Edinburgh City Council, no more taking [edited by admin] from trumped up little Councillors who have their own political agenda.


No more apologies, no more excuses and no more explanations for being taxi drivers, it’s our turn to make our own decisions and take our own control, for good or for bad.

Time for change as they say!

To quote the old cliché “you live by the sword, you die by the sword”.

Yes gentlemen, in timely fashion the jocks are on the rampage, I think it must be a cultural thing, we get to a point where we have had enough [edited by admin] and go nuts. It appears this is the time.
