So you except there is indeed a discrimination issue.

So if I want to start a white, black or Asian male only club, that will be ok.

And if there happens to be a Disabled female in desperate need of a Taxi I could just tell her , sorry your not a club member. :?

To the last question I think you could.

As for the discrimination issue, to be honest I don't think many trade are much worse than the taxi/PH trade when it come down to it.

At first... I though this business had no chance of success, but after reading about it in the paper, I feel that it will do well. We have all read of the many cases where women have been assaulted by men posing as PH/taxi drivers. It is a very real and very serious issue.

The only thing I do not think is serious about this new venture is the choice of vehicles. By this, I don't mean the colour, but the fact that they are operating a fleet of Renault Kangoos. Personally, I don't think these are up to the job, with their little sliding doors etc. I think that if the company does survive, they'll soon have to change their cars.

The pink livery is obviously going to stand out, which is the main aim of the game. Women will get used to looking for the pink cars when they come out of clubs.

I can't see many illegal touts getting their cars sprayed pink to look genuine!

GOOD LUCK to 'Pink Ladies'

Reminds me of another company who started a fleet of Renault cars, 'Dauphines', back in the sixties, it went by the name of 'Welbeck Motors', the rest as they say is History...........................
