let me get this right they think by imposing a minimum 15 minute wait it would make for better competition?

Never had a problem with the locals in Paris. Not once they realised I wasn't Anglais..... :lol:

No they think if ph customers have to wait a minimum of 15 mins they'd prefer to use taxis :wink:
