I once put an invoice in for a pair of trainers which were comfortable for driving, the people at the inland revenue said, "will you take them off when you get out of the car"? I said "no why"? They wouldn't offset the price of them.

Yes, PM me your Email address and I'll send you a full working version all for free. All you have to do is alter the dates and put your name and address in the name and address box.
