Oh dear, no D1=no insurance=no O licence=no tacho, is the officer's book big enough?

wont happen though will it

County councils will issue memos, hold seminars, teacher training days, DSA/VOSA cobblers, and all will be well, without a D1 or DCPC in sight, there will be a vacancy at county and school level for a transport co-ordinator manager on £30K/year (34 weeks a year work) who will know SFA)

do i sound bitter....a bit

If you can get a CPC just for attending 35 hours of unfailable dribble why cant you do it from home online at a fraction of the cost. you could answer questions at several points in the online course just to prove youve went through it. lets be honest, theres no saying youve absorbed anything in a classroom based CPC if you do not have to pass an examination to prove so. Doh!

Surely someone somewhere must can supply hookie CPCs through the post, who's to say you were or were not on the actual courses.

Useful information there but according to the law and the Glockner case in Germany, wrong information as that defines ANY "economic activity" regardless of company status as needing the same sort of psv licence. Several of us are waiting for a similar case to be brought un the UK.

According to documents I've been privy to, the whole lot WILL be exposed by the EU in the near future and the UK Government put to rights on it.

The whole s19 minibus operation is a sham.

You need to approach a VOSA man or office and ask...
