Attached is a specification which sets out the principles of what we need it also includes a template into which prices should be entered. The detail of the transport journeys are set out in the excel spreadsheet.
It is important to note that the hotels have not been booked and may change due to availability.
For the public transport solution, please provide the stop name, location and timetable for the route over the day developed in the way that you believe is the most effective solution of providing access for the identified communities.
It is not expected that operators will bid for every element. Please return you proposals and costs to me by 11am on Monday 7th October. We will review and contact the successful operators within 48 hours of receipt.
