Just seen an advert for this competition on one of the freeview music channels

Bliss 2005 NSPCC Prom

400 helium balloons, 300 mini pizzas, 10 celeb guests, a 12-seater limo... ONE TOP NIGHT! That's right, the bliss Prom is back! And this year it's bigger and better!

It's the 2005 Bliss NSPCC Prom party offered to one lucky winner & their school

Are 12 seater limousines legal ?

All the best
