The burning question is, "would you let your daughter get into a Taxi driven by one of them"? I know I wouldn't and there's hundreds round here who are of the same opinion. When they phone up they ask for an English driver and an "English driver only".

One Taxi driver from Walsall stopped me in Sutton a few weeks ago and said Tenter Close innit? I said "it was the last time I was down there". He said in broken English, Tenter Close innit, I knew where he meant, I sent him to Ravenshead which is 6 miles away from Tenter Close making sure he'd get lost.

That was my good deed for the day.
