So the DSA (UK) offered us up for it, no other EU country has it/wants it or will abide by it

I remember when UK haulage fleets were spending £100 per wheel on anti-spray equipment and the Turks, Greeks, Spanish didnt bother, BUT I hear they may have to pay UK road tax from next April, something Blair was gonna bring in 5 years ago or more

Agreeing with everything Bloodnock says there! Unfortunately there's little chance of the EU ditching the DCPC, no matter what the outcome of the current consultation. The general consensus is that it's a complete waste of time, with bus driver wondering why they're learning how to sheet loads on lorries...lorry drivers learning how to safely load wheelchair passengers...and everyone in Europe not bothering about any of it.

Can I have my £350 back please?

We're the last to sign up to the Schengen Agreement and we seem to have more illegal than any other EU country.
