Mate, I just looked at BCC fees, your getting robbed, get a NWBC HC Badge and HC car and take work off a brum base legally

i wont be working for birmingham council, i intend to work for Solihull.

not sure you can be badged for two areas but im certain your car cant be plated for 2 LA's...
