theres the stupidity of it all, im the same car with badge/plate/insurance!


Q. If "Joes" cars books me to do a job over the border (and he is too) but doesnt SAY hes a PH operator, have I broken the law by doing the job......

No license is required to pass a booking to a hackney carriage - the council could try to attach a condition but it would be illegal.

The shanks costs case is where this sh*te originated from - between that and a few chancers.
