Why would you want to be using an app that is for London?

I contacted Uber and they looking to expand into other areas...Birmingham, in this case.

im assuming some of you have seen this!!!

cool

but your not an operator are you, not without the OPs licence

take a booking, break the law, your choice

frankly - as youve now been in the process of becoming a PH owner/driver for 6 months - you wont last long if the 1st "Uber" booking is your LO...

I would like to try for a taxi test as I am bored of the 9-5 grind..
So I need to to do a theory test...and then the practical and test. How do I prepare for the the theory test..is there a DVD or a book I can go through?
Also.. I'm 35 and have been driving for 2 years. What kind of insurance should I expect?
Also.. What is a cheap car to run and maintain?

I look forward to your responses...

All PH calls have to be answered by a PH office based with the same LA that licences the car that does the job, that office must legally have a PH ops licence

no they arent, they wont open up in brum
they operate THRU licensed operators, no PH is going to risk it all taking an uber job unless they stay legal
