So what! most Scottish SMPs would Qualify for our Highest Psychiatric assessment...but that's not necessarily a good thing #-o

A AAA rating was only important until the UK lost theirs :-" :-" :-"
I forgot #-o

A triple A rating means you will be able to borrow more at a cheaper interest rate. Isn't that where everything went wrong?

Borrowing off a fund you pay into, and pay interest on it?

That sounds like a pyramid scheme to me

5 years ago i was paying £10/100 miles in fuel, now its £15/100 mile, if that continues through the next 4 years it will be £22.50/100 miles

You had better factor that into your price then.

Borrowing beyond one's means is as bad idea for a country as it is for an individual or a company.
Having to pay more because of a poorer credit rating makes things worse when that country has existing debt that needs to be re-financed because it hasn't been paid back.

Despite 4 years of austerity and cuts, the UK owes more now than it did in 2010

I doubt you are actually stupid enough to believe that. 8)

Propping up the wealthiest 1% of the country would be nearer the truth.
