Hi
Can anyone help, I need to retrieve some evidence, on a post I created that was put up on here, for the police. Can anyone help?
The post was created by myself and a reply has been removed by the person who put it up as they are obviously concerned about the consequences, I know the Police can retrieve it but if any one could help shorten the process would much appreciated.
Just to help you out here, young man.
To save you trawling through 3,000 posts for what you think is "evidence"
"You might not like what's being said, or you may be angry or upset by those views but they are not necessarily breaking any laws"
"While the internet and postings on social networking sites contain material that may be offensive, very little of it is actually illegal. UK laws are written to allow freedom of speech/expression and to be illegal the content must contain;
1) messages calling for violence against people due to their sexual orientation or gender identity.
2) web pages that show pictures, videos or descriptions of violence against anyone due their sexual orientation or gender identity.
3) chat forums where people ask other people to commit hate crimes against LGBTQ people.
This from the Gay and Lesbian people website (GALOP)
Hope this helps.
4) People being mean to Sussex.
