Well if thats the case then there are other avenues. Im sure any lawyer would love to have a pop at them for misselling me insurance. Makes you think how many others they have probably done this to who have just dropped their pants and taken it. Then theres social media. Watchdog. etc

Sure there is all of the above.....Lawyers will cost an arm and a leg, and even if you win - you can still be out of pocket. Social media will never take on big business for the small man - they protect companies against the likes of you and me, and then there is Watchdog who may or may not take it on, depending as to whether it makes good television or not.

Well, instead of wittering on about your deposit, ask them for fully comp and split the difference on the increase. What's a few hundred quid when they are shafting you for 4K, you are already a grand out of pocket, what choice do you have? #-o #-o #-o I can't imagine you being inundated with cheaper insurance offers. #-o #-o Oh and chances are, if you have a prang (excess, what £500- £750) you'll be back to driving before long anyway. #-o #-o #-o #-o Four or five grand will look cheap in-comparison to your next quote. #-o #-o

Which is probably why he's failed to mention his most-recent quote for FC + the grand lost in deposit for TP? #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o

Why is what hes paid of such great interest to you?

I don't really care what he's paid, but he put it up for debate, and I think with all that has happened. It's a relevant question. :?

I'm now curious as to what he's been forced to cough-up? #-o He was quick enough to tell us his TP was 4k, and that they bumped him for his deposit. So what's the punchline. How much has FC cost altogether? #-o
