Was always getting a pedal sensor problem code, TX2 taxi going into limp mode every day, now its fixed, the sensor is under the steering rack just above the pedal assembly, undo the two bolts holding the unit drop it down pop it off the small ball joint connected to the pedal assembly and unplug the cable, the unit has a light coloured cover pop it open gently I didn't take it off just a gap of about 5cm then blast it with electrical cleaner spray for about 30 seconds, it will clear all the fine dust that confuses the ECU, that is what gives you the problem code, let the fluid evaporate for a few minutes then reassemble.
I now have after a few weeks of working no problem code and no limp mode no fast idling just a smooth running car, hope this helps other black cab drivers.
