independence is an aspiration - something that comes from the heart - money isn't even in the equation

Make no mistake - it is the be all, and end all. Everyone votes for a better tomorrow....usually a monetary gain, as money rules lives and the world.

But the difference here is the vote is a vote to allow them the right to decide on those money issues, not a vote on those money issues.

Money is just one issue. More important to some than to others.
Everything is an issue.

When the referendum is done and dusted, the only issue that will be of interest to Salmond will be the big issue because he will be out on his ar5e and selling them on the street corner.

what I couldn't get my head around the other night was how darling didn't pick up on what Salmond was doing.

at every available opportunity Salmond mentioned the tories - yet each time darling mentioned politics - Salmond instantly came back with the line that independence is beyond party politics.
