Just done 28/30 lbs........steady since May 22nd. It is about Mrs Wanna making sure the right food every day is in front of you.........and then no cheating from you.

Blood pressure and pulse resting rate significantly lower. BMI around 23.3 to 23.5.........ohh, and another 4/5 Trousers that had been hanging around gathering dust........now fit......nicely :D

I like the Jason Vale way of doing things, it'll prepare me for when I'm older with no teeth and can't chew anything anyway

If you really want to lose weight....you got to have the balls and the will to do it.

Leave the house at 17.30 hours on Frid and Sat returning at 06.00/07.00. Right the hard part! Having had you meal just before you have left for your shift...take a bottle of frozen water to sip/slake any hunger pangs during that shift ( for the hard of thinking - yes you have to let it melt a little bit). Did I say "Right the hard part"...I do it all of the time, and I do not think twice about it.......it definitely works.

when i dont eat my body PRODUCES too much sugar and my blood sugar goes UP, the trick is eating the RIGHT foods at the right TIME, a diabetic has lost the function of bodily sugar control
