Does anyone know if i have to pull the fuse for the meter before fitting a new battery on a TX2?

I remember having a new alternator fitted and my meter not working cos they forgot to do something. Luckly the meter guys were working saturday morning and they sorted it for me.

I shouldn't think so,your meter has a back up battery in it I think.
