Town Vehicles 50 Limited Serving population of 70,000 people
Rural vehicles 11 Unlimited Serving 100,000 people.
Why should they be combined with town vehicles? Causing more problems

I seem to remember him saying what a great investment he was making a couple of years ago. :shock:
I also remember saying at the time it was a pretty big punt for a bit of plastic and a sheet of paper that could end up worthless PDQ. #-o
