Anyone changed one of these, whats best way to go about changing one

Not a easy job unless you are really hands on and have access to a ramp it involves removing oil cooler,rear fuel pump mounting bracket and if it is earlier than a 05 reg the inlet manifold so you can get access to re-solder the wires into pump ecu and a good quality torx bit to remove solenoid bolts which can be a PITA #-o .
