I know how you feel, I’m a full time base controller and part time driver. Being only 22 I do feel that there are a certain class of passenger which looks down there nose at you and makes you feel lower then them. I hate it, but I have been working on the phones for the last 3 years and the majority of our work is repeat business so I know which ones to stay away from .
