He wasn't a colonel for 45 years, he did 45 years in all in the Scotts Guards.

He also featured in a Documentary about some war in another country some years ago when the SAS got pinned down, it was his regiment who were firing over the SAS adding covering fire so the SAS could get their injured lads out.

Does it matter, the operator asked and the driver obliged. I don't think it's illegal to ask to see it. Anyway perhaps this will help clear it up

In the situation that you are referring to the employer would be the people requesting the DBS, in this case the Council and not someone who is not registered for such things. You, as an operator can't get the form and send it in to the DBS office unless you are registered.

Well nobody bad has ever failed to pass an interview or failed to give good references have they so that's a sure fire way to make sure they're safe with the kids :wink:
