I have 30 drivers making anything from £250 to £325 for 15 hours per week, they work elsewhere the rest of the time. I have drivers that earn up to £900 doing airport work but only 2 of them and some weeks it's only £400 but again they work with other companies too

Is this just airport work?

work smart not long hours

This is what I tell the people who drive our cars. Sometimes when a driver comes to us from another firm they start by working as many hours as they can and as long as it is not going to make them tired and dangerous i let them do this for a week or so. After that I will tell them to look at their most productive hours and cut back their hours so that they are earning a little bit less for a lot less hours. The most anyone usually works in a week is around 60 hours and for that they will be earning around £800-900 take home. We also have drivers who only want to clear £200-£250 a week so they only work 3 evening/nights a week. You don't need to kill yourself to earn a decent living. I also see drivers for other firms working 12 to 16 hours a day and earning a pittance.

Cheers guys some proper useful chat about wages and jobs and average hourly rates hit .
Deltas rates are £95 per week .
My own car costs me £35 per week ( put a big deposit down )
My insurance is £65 per week .
And then fuel .
Am roughly saving £80 per week on getting a settle car .
But will have to put a little aside for repairs but the car is nearly new so hopefully it will give me year free of repairs .
First 8 weeks is half price settle .

It's obvious they have a higher turnover of drivers because they have 6x more drivers than other firms in the city .
