Why when a person has been listed as a "Foe" is the above allowed?

At the moment I have a Cyber stalker spitting out the usual abuse, I say at the moment! it has been going on for months....one guess on that one.

Whether the forum is aware of it or not Cyberstalking is a criminal offence. I feel that the forum/admin could/should go some way to stopping this happening.

To the person concerned an open message.

Your address will not be hard to track down as there are not many ex Edinburgh cabbies who have sold a number of plates, and then gone into dog walking, if you are doing it properly, then you will be licensed = more footprints to your door! Take it as read "It is a criminal offence" - back off, I want nothing whatsoever to do with you.

P.S. Since posting the above another from the child has arrived. It would seem that apart from withdrawing my email address (as he has)

I have no idea why you are still receiving pm's from someone you have blocked or marked as a foe - perhaps a mod who has greater knowledge may be able to help.

Tdo rules cover people/situations that would bring the forum into disrepute. For some reason with this individual they are reluctant to implement the rules.
