Now that is an interesting theory. We have an in/out referendum and that will stop people trying to illegally enter the UK.

Maybe not, but it will give us a right to independently decide what happens to these people after they arrive without interference or pressure from the EU as happens now.

This migrancy problem is being created through misguided EU policies, now whether you are capable or not of realising that or not is neither here nor there as far as I'm concerned

Get out of here. If it were EU policy then the people would stay in any EU country. They are trying to get here because of UK policy. The one that makes everyone think that our country is a soft touch for housing and benefits. Why else would they want to come to a country where it can be freezing cold and raining when they could stay in a nice warm climate like Spain, France and Italy.

http://io9.com/5928085/10-civilizations ... cumstances

The above does not include the Romans, Incas or the Aztec's..........Now add the British to the above.

I used to wonder as to how civilisations could actually disappear. Today it is easy to see how it happens when you have bad and corrupt leaders of countries. Anyway as I see it we are living in a very historical period in time - the disappearance of the British Civilisation is taking place as we live.

You and I will be able to say (if there is an afterlife).............. "I was there".

Admittedly we do offer them the best freebies within Europe, but the EU knows full well that if every country they pass through makes it as easy as possible for them and actively funnels them towards the UK then once they get here the EU makes it nigh on impossible for us to eject them..now that's where the EU and its farcical EHCR crew dictate what we can or cannot do.

Our problems here are threefold, It's that we are to generous, We have no independent say in the matter and finally we are at the end of the line..after the UK Europe ends and they won't fancy swimming the North Atlantic much....So we are lumped with them.

I don't think it is EU policy to funnel them to the UK. That is what the migrants want and the French, Spanish and Italians are not going to stop that from happening because they obviously don't want them. However I was under the impression that it was international law that anyone leaving their own Country to seek asylum in another Country was legally obliged to seek that asylum in the first safe Country that they entered.

It would mean France couldnt hand out emergency EU passports to them meaning we would have to wave them into the UK

That doesn't seem to read quite right. are you saying that at the moment France can issue them with some kind of passport so they can then legally travel to other EU countries? If that were the case surely there would be no need for the camps in France and no one would need to try and get here illegally. :?

Italy threatened to give Schengen visas to migrants...once they have those they can go most places...but luckily not here, but it's an early sign of how the EU members are turning on the EU itself.

I think the difference is it will be easier to get rid of them.

Only if you know where they are. Once here they disappear.

They'll have to crawl out the woodwork at some point, be it for benefits, health care, housing, NI or whatever....they can't hide indefinitely.
