Have nice life.

So you mention me by name in your first few posts. :D

As for comparing me with dog turd, and not registering on your radar, well you best be careful when walking in the park.

Still it nice to know that's the best the dino's can post, I mean you wouldn't want the truth to get in your way would you?

Who's truth. You distort everything to fit your pathetic rants. No doubt I will soon be censored and barred from this forum.

Good will.!!!

Since when has good will got anything to do with plate values?

Do yourself a favour T, and have a read of the Royden case. Then you might be able to get at least the odd fact right.

S  U  S  S  E  X. when I read your posts,.....I find comfort in the fact. that if you had a brain you would be dangerous....but nevertheless your posts make me laugh. ..so you may carry on....mrT...

Hmm...another one after the glory of self-martyrdom?

You certainly weren't banned last time round, were you?

That was when you seemed to have a little difficulty with the concept of goodwill, so no change there then.

At that time I assumed that I (Dusty) had explained things to your satisfaction, because you didn't reply to my post in response to your own.

Perhaps you could return to it now, lest we go over the same ground again to no one's benefit?

Its tough for the guys in Cardiff and for anyone who loses on an investment, but can we all be winners ?

It was all of their (or one persons) own doing.

Some bloke had 50 plates, yet also wanted all of the extra plates following a SUD survey.

And pillocks like you support that. [-(

If we started from scratch and gave everyone 1 plate within a year most of the plates would be in the hands of a few, not everyone is cut out to run a business, or wants the responsibility. You want the benefits of a Hack Plate but lack the guts to make the investment, you want cast iron guarantees of sucess but no business is without risk. You lack the courage, intellect and business acumen to be anthing more than a paracite on the trade.

Bit confused here T, if I'm so insignificant and don't register on your, or for that matter anyone else's, radar, how on earth could I destroy the trade. :?

You have 238 unrestricted authorities to choose from to prove your theory right, So which of these 238 authorities fit your assumption? You have the floor.

So did the Royden case say goodwill was bollocks, or did the say that plate premiums were well earned and deserved to stay.

Methinks it was the former. :D

I may be a "pillock" but I have no idea who Mr Cummings is or what you are referring to. You have the wrong person I think.

In that case I will agree with everything you posted above. :D

Can't be fairer than that.

I was making a point about business in general, are you suggesting that in all those areas its one man one plate, that everyone operates on an individual basis, no-one has joined a radio circuit. By your rationel Mr. Cohen should be stripped of his supermarket chain and go back to a market stall.

I'm not suggesting anything, it is you who is doing the suggesting?

You said

If we started from scratch and gave everyone 1 plate within a year most of the plates would be in the hands of a few.

So which of the 238 authorities fit your statement of fact?

Perhaps the moral should be, don't make "unqualified" statements if you can't back them up with fact.
