One insurance company (broker) has proven a nightmare so far, mainly due to the product back up from the insurers...

but what do i expect really

taxi centre

I had/have car insurance, FAULT car replacement and excess insurance

taking some herding in

main issue.... the use of a 3rd party "handler" so i have a broker, 3 insurers and a claim handler, a 5 way tug of war, the claim handler holds the most sway but knows the least

When I was sold excess cover I was told "you dont have to pay the excess, its covered"

heres todays email, it doesnt quite read the same as the above does it

Quote:
Please find attached the claims form we will require to be completed and returned, once returned we will look to recover the excess amount for you. In order to recover the excess we will require the documentation stated at the bottom of the claim form, without these documents we will not be able to complete the claim .

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
Please also note the claim will have to be settled by the insurers and closed before payment can be released.
