Our local Council here in the wilds of Barrow In Furness are talking about bringing in restrictions on types of multi seater. You know the type of thing, no Doblo's Calaxy's etc because of the seating not being easily accessible etc. Does anyone know if these type of restrictions have been challenged legally successfully?
And if so can you point me to the link with the case. Cheers all.
