Im assuming "Handling" doesnt mean are Koni shocks better than Monroe or should I choose gas over hydraulic

I think the 20% local knowledge score indicates this mush shouldn't be taking folks from A to B for payment.

Same here, i went into the test almost blind, what im annoyed about is A) The council mis-inform applicants (£40 a retest?) and B) the results letter bears no relation to the test info
