the most worrying part, apart from the fact many houses couldn't get insured, is the structural damage to two bridges, if they close the City is in serious trouble

Why couldn't they get insured, is it because of the last time? I'm sure that's down to the environment agency and the Government to make sure that it didn't happen again after the last two times. A third is ridiculous. #-o #-o #-o

Depends how much money they want to spend. Them little flood gates they gave the residents are about as much use as paper according to the news.
