Just seen on the BBC News website that the LTDA have asked for a judicial review of the London Cycle Super Highway.

Maybe someone can post a link here, I haven't worked out how to do it on my apple mac yet!

I doubt the LTDA would have initiated matters without a good case.

It's in the paper on the 13th, on TDO on the 14th and you want to know the outcome on the 15th?

A Judicial Revue will first have to be allowed, if it is, it will be months before it's heard and even longer for the outcome.

There are no wheels that turn as slowly as the wheels of justice. :roll:

If the judge allows the Judicial Review then that generally means the LTDA have a very good case.

So in the meantime I would expect TfL to comply with the law.
