The breakdown of costs that Plymouth achieve is astounding.

The spreadsheets they provide to the Association itemize all incomes and outgoings.

Previous years are corrected as all is clarified. Projections are as accurate as possible for the next few years and they are updated up or down.

We disagree with the Council on many things, but the accounts and the way they are kept are exemplary. It is a shame that all LA's don't achieve the same.

I would prefer that the whole picture they provide was open to all, but we are kept up to speed because we (the Association) respect their confidence.
