No, I'm sure he would have felt his guilt and put his hand up in admission of his shameful ways..

A business can refuse service to anyone it pleases without having to give a reason, having an assistance dog does not automatically overide this restaurants right to turn them away. However turning them away because of the assistance dog IS illegal.

If they'd been smarter they could have just said they were'nt going to serve her without giving a reason, or because they thought she wasn't going to pay.
A good one is - your dog can come in but you can't !

I had only PH'd till 12 months ago (except for 15 years ago when i only hacked) but TBH i just like jobs, wherever they come from, HC alone is (should be) all meter work but PH can be loaded both ways, its unusual to get a job off a rank AND a job back...

Jnr wasnt keen on getting his badge but dad whipped him into it as he was out of work, hes only done jan+feb but is a dab hand at working out his % and counting money now....

cant imagine who he takes after....
