If you peruse the National Taxi Association open session minutes for Eastbourne 2007 conference you will see that questions were asked about safety of wheelchairs, answers were promised but we still await there arrival.

Constant changing of staff and politicians who all open their mouths and let the wind blow their tongues around, answering questions with a question is not helpful in any situation such as this,no one should have to chase for answers to questions regarding the safety of drivers or passengers,it is the responsibility of officialdom when asked to deliver not to leave it to chance which is what happens.

Whether you should have to chase or not doesn't matter. If I ask a question and don't get an answer I ask it again, and again.

I agree with trotsky on this the "trade" is definitely not 1 more like 100000 different voices all shouting at once and few get heard
