A school who wont back up our company when we banned 2 students from our minibus for trying to set fire to the seats.

They told us that unless we could actually provide evidence that it was these 2 students, we could not ban them from the bus.
My reply, ok have 2 weeks notice of termination of the contract and they are still not getting on.

so in other words the school doesn't want to have to deal with serious antisocial behaviour they are not on the ofsted needs improvement list perchance

We sent a letter out to the parents on the run this afternoon. I have just had a phone call from the assistant chief executive from the group of schools that this school belongs to. He is not a happy man. He has somehow got a copy of the letter, it didn't take long to get back to the school. The short version is that it is now sorted and these 2 students will not be travelling on our bus and we have had an apology from the school. :mrgreen:
