It won't work, it was tried out here with similar setup 10 or 15 years ago, the firm fizzled out, lack of work, some of the "lady" passengers are as tough as your street cred thug.
find the nearest drain and put your franchise money down that, or send it on to me

I will refer you to the Big Aggie thread, Now imagine one Big Aggie transporting another Big Aggie

http://www.dumpdee.co.uk/id3.html

But good luck to them anyway.

I notice from your profile that you are a "Taxi Man" so you would not qualify, would you?

its basically a PH company, but your paying them to use the name.

personally i dont think it makes good business sense to limit your customers to such a niche market.

no, we do a lot of business with the ladies. especially at night. we also have some female drivers if they request one. we offer a safe and professional service, as no doubt to most of the UK's other taxi/PH companies.

to aim your business solely at female passengers who, for whatever reason, are unwilling to use a normal taxi/PH service is surely a niche market.

As I can see the major problem with this is as follows after dark your work will be very slow. The reason is as follows your customers are woman who do not feel safe getting in a taxi with a man, so what is the chance that they will also feel unsafe going out after dusk.

Add to that the fact these woman customers will be more than likely to use any normal cab firm in the day as they feel safe and you have a problem.

As I said on the other 'Pink Lady' thread I don't believe there is anywhere near enough work out there to sustain a Pink ladies only vehicle.

And if there was, then we would have them coming out of our ears.

working in warrington where pink ladies started up about 4 months ago you very rarely see them with passengers in most of the time you just see them empty as well as they seem to just be targeting young single women 18-25 as there customer base and i have heard several stories about how they have refused to pickup there members because there 5 year old kid who happens to be with them is male ! a bit daft i thought but ive heard this off several passengers ive picked up.

the way they work is a bit limiting also as they only take payment via a debit/credit card and don't accept cash and alot of girls in warrington don't want to sign up to this for fear of being riped off.
