Well it looks like that burke at the GMB has stuck up a petition asking the Government to breach EU regs and limit PH Driver numbers in London, you couldnt make it up could yer ???????????????// Anyway i signed it would love to see a cap on numbers :badgrin: :badgrin: :badgrin: put loads of spivs out of business, but of course it will be achieved bu talking the new Mayor into considerably increasing the Licensing requirements [reading and writing English for a start!}

The petition can be accessed through the phcmag.com web site. mind it asks for your post code presumably to ignore signees who do not live in London ??

I don't know the in's or outs of it - but the thought occurs if TDFL do cap PH licenses, there's nothing to stop a driver licensing himself outside of London and working cross border, I'm sure the spivs know that too.

there's vehicles from all over the country working as PH in London.
