A complete tos-ser . But where do we stop ? Its not funny and may cause offense
but is it a crime ? Or are the police trying to make it up to the victims of Hillsborough by
arresting the tos-ser.

Crass stupidity on the part of the wearer but for it to become an arrestable offence is an even more sinister developement.

Fortunately for the moron he wore it in Worcester which may mean that it just offended a few people. Now had he wore it in Liverpool, and survived, I think it would be classed as a more serious offense.

cant really comment tbh, no idea what it said , seems a silly thing to do regardless, doubt he would wear it in liverpool though, would get slaughtered & rightly so , no need for all this chit tbh
